Experience:     I purchased my first home after relocating to Austin as a Field Service Engineer in 1991. My clients included Motorola, AMD, TI, Applied Materials and Sony. While based in Austin, I sold and purchased other properties. Four years ago, I decided to use my experience professionally to assist others. Since then, I have helped dozens of buyers and sellers complete real estate transactions successfully.

Certification:   In addition to state license requirements, I am Certified for Preforeclosure Short Sales and Relocation Buyers.

Resources:    I am affiliated with Prudential Texas Realty, one of the most successful brokers in Austin.  Although Prudential is widely known as a premiere seller's agency, I have worked extensively with government programs that assist first time buyers. 

Recognition:   In July 2007, I was the first Realtor in Austin to successfully coordinate using the city Down Payment Assistance program with the purchase of a HUD owned property.
